The office is clean and seemingly brand new, which can be a plus or minus. There are a series of interviews, including a phone call, an in-person interview with the director(s), a skills test (so simple), and a final briefing. None of these are terribly difficult, and all mostly came off as conversational and straightforward.

what kind of experience do you have in Client-Facing roles?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Content Pilot (Dallas, TX) nel mese di nov 2015
Colloquio
Phone screening with recruiter then two in-person tag-team style structured interviews with CEO, VP, president and project manager, but the meetings still felt very informal. I found them all congenial and personable. Their hiring decisions are a democratic process.

What do you like/dislike about your current job? Why haven't you left before now? Why do you think this job/this company is a good fit for you? Where do you see yourself in five years? Would you continue freelancing while you work here? [which they prefer you don't] They asked lots of pertinent example questions, i.e. give me an example of where you had to deal with a difficult client, manage a multifaceted project, make a presentation, etc. All of their questions were intelligent, well thought-out, and aimed at deducing potential on-the-job performance and company fit.
