The two English hiring managers for Hotjar were quite rude and looking on their phone during the interview. Never had unprofessional behavior like this before. Never again will i interview

Pretty bad process all along. Received automated emails after automated emails. First one from a recruiter with an "ext" address, so not truly an in house recruiter, which should alert you of the care they take of their candidates. The email was entirely automatic. The interview that followed was completely impersonal - clearly, the recruiter had not read my CV. He did not require one, by the way, so all he had was my linkedin profile. Lol? The whole thing lasted 15 min, him regurgitating stuff I already knew about CS, and me filling him in on the cv he did not bother to ask for or read... Next was another automated rejection email from a different name - probably a bot used to do just that ("Hey, {candidate} blah blah unfortunately"). Don't waste time with them. Their reviews on here are abysmal, and they are not even good at the recruitment stage.
