I first interviewed with the hiring manager which was an energetic and exciting conversation. Next, I was invited to work on an assignment for a holiday campaign, and present to the hiring manager and the person who used to hold this role. The presentation went great and I was offered a lot of feedback on my work. From there, I interviewed with (4) members of the team who asked me a variety of questions regarding my experience and thoughts on content strategy for the firm. After a few weeks, I was told that it was a close call, but unfortunately, I was not selected. However, everyone involved- from the recruiters to the entire marketing team were professional, prompt, and warm. I was very impressed with the amount of respect I was shown.
