Very bad experience.
- First I passed FOUR technical interviews
- I got a congratulations message and we are willing to give you an offer.
- They suddenly apologized and cancelled the whole process
- I asked for the reason and the recruited responded with "the number of years of experience you have doesn't meet our criteria".
So, after spending around two months, they decided to end the process in this manner.
Thank you for your feedback which is important to us. We are very sorry about your experience because it is extremely rare for this to happen. Unfortunately, it seems that there wasn't a clear alignment between the business need and the candidate profile. We have highlighted it to the team because we know that this situation should not happen again.
