They had a posting for a recruiting coordinator position. I applied and was amazed to receive a response for a phone interview invite the same day. In the invite, it asked to choose what specific day and timeframe I'd like to be contacted. I chose the day and timeframe I preferred. After I responded, I did not get a confirmation nor did I get a call the day of my proposed interview. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and just plain rude. Seriously, if the company can't even get back to a candidate they contacted in the first place, that signals a big problem. Absolute waste of time. I could have spent my time waiting doing something productive.
