Very unprofessional. When I emailed them for directions on where to go prior to the interview I recieved no response even once the interview was scheduled to begin. Weeks later I still have yet to recieve any response.

Phone interview with Plant Manager and Production Superintendent which included basic questions regarding background, previous work experience, what the company was searching for but no behavioral-based questions. Following site interview was tour of the plant and meeting individuals. Received offer the exact same day.
