I was selected for campus placement. The first round was group discussion where we have to come up with a startegy for including diversity in organization. Then, after shortlisting, it was a F2F technical interview related to HR concepts. I got shortlisted and then we went to Delhi in Continental Assessment center where we had 5 more rounds.

I applied through Linkedin. The first interview was online with a consulting company. The second interview was again online with the department manager. The third interview was onsite with the department director. And the last interview was with the GM. The process was completed in 1,5 months.
