Après avoir contacté par mail un ancien collègue, j'ai été invité à postuler en ligne. La semaine d'après je passais un entretien technique puis RH à Continental Digital Services France (Toulouse).
Premier entiretien technique très intéressant : présentation du projet, des équipes, puis au lieu d'un entretien technique, une mise en situation avec brainstorming de mes potentiels apports. Très enrichissant.
Entretien RH plus classique.
Les deux entretiens se sont très bien déroulés, les recruteurs mettant à l'aise et étant très ouvert / à l'écoute.

Quick online call with HR, Quick online call with Staff and Manager then a on site interview with 2 more staff in Lousado - Porto. HQ is quite far, requires presence in the office twice a week. Company seems to be in the 90 s. Everything could be solved online.

I did the online tests, took an hour total. I felt the finance test pretty irrelevant, but did it anyway. These should have an automatic scoring, and another few minutes to look at by a human being. I got no reply for more than 2 months.

Screening round used microsoft meet it was take only 30 minutes. prepare all good c, c++, python. It had offline plus online rounds of interview. We were made to travel to Bangalore in the unprecedented times of Covid. This could also be done online. They took so many rounds of interview and never even confirmed that we were rejected or selected.
