Te preguntan por hardskills y softskills, tanto generalidades de diseño mecánico (GD&T, procesos de manufactura, etc.) como del sistema o componente que tendrás a cargo (frenos, suspensión, etc.)

I completed 3 rounds of interviews. The first interview was with the hiring manager. The second with regional HR to review salary expectations etc.. The last interview was with both the hiring manager and the operations manager of the site I would be working at

The first interview was with engineering manager over the phone scheduled via email. This was followed by one interview with the operations manager and the engineering manager. Most questions focused on experience and availability.
