Had initial recruiter screening and than moved on to first stage interview which was about experience and CV. I was asked about terraform and told that I haven't worked too much with it and they said fine. Final interview was with one of their senior architects which wasn't too in depth just bunch of basic cloud networking questions. After 3-4 days got an email saying we liked you but you lack terraform skills. Just bizarre as wasted so much of my time with the process even though they knew I didn't had much terraform experience.

The technical assessment was great as for any experienced cloud engineer, then comes the technical interview which was an absolute garbage thought I was in University interview for a second, asking questions that are not even practical but definitions that really just don't define an engineer's skills, very mediocre amateur interviewer
