A thorough and rewarding interview process, spanning multiple weeks. The interview included several separate meetings with the front-end team, HR, and their CTO. I completed a Birkman Test of Social Comprehension near the end of the interviews, as well as a take home coding test that spanned 24 hours. Continued takes their interviewing process seriously. At no point did I feel they were wasting my time or theirs.
