Was approached and went through three rounds - an initial interview, a test, and then in-person chat. All correspondence was very professional, and questions were reasonable if intentionally vague. I was impressed by them!

I was interviewed but a very junior team member, who was both yawning and not making eye contact during the interview process. He asked pre-set technical questions from a script and never engaged further. I am all for a young team, but the lack of depth and professionalism was frankly shocking.
