The interview process is straightforward. The interviewers were very kind and easy to get along with. Two interviews were conducted. The first is to get to know who you are with a one-to-one with a manager or HR. The second interview is an in-person process where a tour is conducted of the workplace with additional interviewers from the engineering department, HR, and a manager. They will ask you about your experience, the plant, etc.
