First interview by phone went well with HR. Second interview the Hiring Manager makes it seem even better. Get offered an on-site interview after the phone conversation with the Hiring Manager On the Day of the interview HR emails out of the blue and wants the job application filled out (because applying online must not be good enough) HR sends me a bad link first. HR then sends me a link that freezes midpoint of filling out the job application Finally start over only to find out the company demands a physical for employment and this is not mentioned anywhere during the process. This should be before you ever get the phone screen as I would have not applied had I seen the requirement This company puts the Cart before the Horse and is totally backwards. Fair warning you will be made to sign a document requiring a physical for employment
