Basic interview questions, sit down one to one with the assistant manager, very chill and and laid back experience. I didn't feel nervous at all, it felt like I was talking to a friend. Very cool people

Describe a time when you had to work with a team to achieve a goal?
It was very chill and easygoing. The manager was super friendly and welcoming. We chatted before the interview actually begun and also afterward and had a nice conversation about what I would like to do beyond the seasonal position. Great work culture and all the other associates were kind as well and wished me luck on my interview.

What is your favorite shoe in the store? How would you sell it to a customer?
Really easy & basic interview questions. It was over zoom and lasted roughly 20 minutes instead of the hour they quoted. Asked about to & a couple behavior based questions.

The process was easy and laid back. The questions were not out of the ordinary and I felt at ease. A genuine passion for the brand definitely helps with the interview process.
