1. Assignment to redesign a page 2. Interview with 4 different team members + reviewing of website live 3. Interview with CEO The interview process took 3 weeks- I did not make it to the 3rd round. The first part wasn't so bad and it was refreshing not to answer questions about my experience but just to test my skills and the 2nd round was okay. They didn't ask very many questions before asking me to review a website on the spot of one of their clients. They never got back to me with a formal rejection. This was over a month ago. My initial contact wasn't HR, so I'm wondering if they have a HR Department and also if they are overworked considering how I receive responses on the weekend.
