Multiple rounds (8 rounds) with Various managers, team members, outside consultants etc along with a demonstration/discovery call and final call was a 45 min chat with the CEO. They decided to string me along on the process after they decided to go with an Internal Candidate for the job. This whole interview process took 4 months. They knew they were going to choose the internal person anyway, what a waste of time. The reviews of current employee experiences are just an accurate reflection on how the company is currently operating. Hours of my life I wouldn't get back.
