Very straight forward. It was a panel interview. Very detailed about the job description. I didn't leave the interview feeling confused. The process was similar to other interviews that I had been in.

It was definately a good interview process. The hiring manager is very nice and friendly. You go in, fill out some paperwork, talk a bit, they send you to a lab for drug test, then they get back to you after calling your references.
