Interviewed twice with 3 people in the department I was working in. Easy, straightforward interview that focused on mainly customer service topics and my background in low voltage. Honestly didn't feel like an interview after the second. They were mainly concerned with what type of person I am and if I am a good fit and would represent the company culture well.
