Overall a great interview process, but the salary offered was very less. Two Skype interview in quick succession. Questions: 1) Basic question about your interest and current work? 2) Why Rotterdam, why cool blue? 3)Some questions regarding the profile you applied for, Hadoop, SAAS. Task: Task related to data mining/Hadoop. Difficult but interesting. Called on-site: 1) Interaction with team, discussing there current work. 2) Small interview 3) Made an offer Environment: Very good, crazy meeting rooms. People working there are knowledgable and nice. Have pool table, tt table, game box,...etc. Salary offered: Too less, so less that I wont be able to meet with my expensive in Rotterdam. Remark: To CoolBlue: If you are planning to offer so less salary please tell the candidate before hand. Candidate: Ask the salary. It might be very less from what you are expecting.

Applied online, interviews were at the office. Although the first interview went well, the second was a case presentation for which I had to answer various technically challenging questions. With some help, I managed to answer all of the questions and submitted a good presentation. Soon after, I was called with the facts that my technical knowledge was lacking for this specific function. Although that was the case, they were interested in me at another function (Business Analyst). I would be contacted about the further procedure. For 3 months and counting, I have had no communication with the recruiter responsible for the job offering. Although I tried contacting him multiple (i.e. 5+) times via different channeles, I never got a reply. TL;DR: Although the interview process seems OK, they do not handle replies in a proper and just manner. It might me that specific recruiter though.
