Interview Experience: Customer Service Representative
I had a very positive interview experience with Cooper Lighting Solutions. The process took approximately three weeks and consisted of three rounds: an initial recruiter screening, a hiring manager interview, and a panel interview.
Throughout the process, communication was excellent. The recruiting team provided timely updates, set clear expectations, and kept me informed about next steps. Every interviewer was professional, friendly, and conversational, which made the experience feel welcoming rather than intimidating.
The interviews included a mix of behavioral and role-related questions that allowed me to discuss both my customer service experience and problem-solving abilities. I felt the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a candidate while also assessing my fit for the role and company culture.

Easy and friendly. Laid back with HR screening and then team and VP Interview. Got offer within 2 weeks. Used STAR method for responses. Nothing out of the ordinary. Good culture it seemed!
