I applied online and 1 week later I received an email inviting me to an assessment center which would take place 2 weeks after that. The email included a brief description of a presentation we had to prepare to then present it there in front of the HR`s and all candidates. After presenting, a group task was done which took about 45min and then had to be presented to all. Last step was the personal interview which as around 25min - 30min.
