primo step: chiamata telefonica, un rapido colloquio attitudinale - motivazionale fatto tramite agenzia e non dall'HR dell'azienda
secondo step: colloquio conoscitivo - motivazionale e successivamente tecnico con manager durato nel complesso circa un'ora
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CooperVision (Rochester, NY) nel mese di gen 2015

I applied online. I had an initial phone screen. Then I had one panel interview of an hour after that. The second one required a presentation. The process took about 4 weeks.
