Casual, more of a conversation than a formal interview. Asked about previous experience, how that aligns with the job profile, personality and why you want to work for the company. Pretty short overall.

Easy, few questions asked. just about why i wanted to work there and what i do in my spare time. With area manager, started job the next wee. overall an ok experience dont understand what they gained from it though.
