Interview was detailed and thorough. 6 out of 10 for difficulty. Was asked questions about my knowledge of the company, so I'm glad I did my research. Also impressed with a list of my own questions. Managers were nice and personable. Was advised of multiple, detailed job duties that would keep me busy 100% of my day with no downtime. Certain duties timed by computer system. Was presented as extremely stressful environment.

The recruiting team automatically rejects, ignores, and makes false promises to potential employers. Copart as a company does not seem to care about their employee's and potential onboarding staff. The Human Resource Department (as recruiting has stated) is non-existent and they have staff running both departments at once.

Nothing, they did not reach out to me. They post new remote ghost jobs daily, and rejected all 22 of my applications in under 60 seconds at 10:50PM PST on a Tuesday.
