Ghosting alert. Submitted online, received a request from a recruiter for a pre-screen, conversation went great. Was scheduled with the new vice president of corporate communications - conversation went well. Then scheduled with the new director of internal communications and another associate on the team. Conversation went for an hour and went well. Good back and forth, clearly I could add a lot here, the director and the associate had some good insights and coverage for any learning curves I would have had the first few months on the job. After ending these conversations on a positive note, company entirely ghosted me. No response or follow-ups from the recruiters I worked with in any form or ackowledgment to the director whom I emailed and thanked afterwards. Kind of ironic given the communications-nature and needs of the position.
