Colloquio
Pretty standard process for consulting: about a week, maybe two, after submitting my application we setup a first screening interview. After that, an interview with the practice manager. Then, the hiring manager and a potential team member.
Process went smoothly and fairly quickly (on the order of 1 month from application to offer).

Pretty typical interview questions. The HR director and practice manager focussed on who I am and where I want to go (strategic fit). Hiring manager and peer focussed on testing my experience and capabilities (tactical fit).
All focussed on cultural fit.

Colloquio
There were 3 separate one-on-one interviews with representatives from Coppei's leadership team. Their interview process was very timely and organized. They also communicated with transparency regarding next steps. Their decision making and extended offer turn around time was very fast!
During the interview process, they articulated clearly the expectations on the type of culture and people that make up Coppei so that I could determine whether or not I would be a good fit working there.

Share with me about a time when you had to give someone on your team constructive feedback. What was the outcome?

I had applied to a consultant position, and got an email from the recruiter to setup a time to call her, and she included the number along with follow-up emails insisting I call her.
I was surprised by this as it's usually the recruiter making the initial phone contact, however in this case I decided to call her anyway just to learn about the position.
The call lasted for just a few minutes with me trying to repeatedly ask for additional information and not going anywhere. It turned out to be an utter waste of time with nothing meaningful other than her finding out where I am in my job search, and if I am available - something that could have been done via email. It seemed like a totally unprofessional way to conduct a 'meet and greet' phone screen.
At the end of the call, I wasted a few minutes having learnt nothing about the position and walking away with a very bad impression about this company.
Totally unprofessional!.

There was not even a single intelligent question other than "are you available"?
