First round of interviews are with the HR department. If you are approved by HR they release your resume to the district principals. If you are selected by a principal, they will contact you directly for a interview. The second round of interviews are usually with the principal, assistant principal, a teacher or two from the grade level you are interviewing for, possibly the GT specialist and one other specialist educator. Ex. Special Ed., Bilingual Not everyone asked questions, but the group does have an idea of what they want and will ask questions to make sure you are a good fit for the team. Must be a team player
