talked to the owner, Long interview prosses. Applied monday, got called tuesday, set up interview for following monday ( I had open availability) and a stage a week after that.
interview was quick, tour of the kitchen, checked out my instagram and poirtfolio. a few questions on background nothing to technical.
the stage was longer I did a wedding tasting (4 mini desserts) I used my own recipes, and just went off menu descriptions. Also made macarons, cookies and decorated a 6in cake for an order they had. Was odd that they didnt taste anything. Just served it to the clients. I was offered the position the next day.
