I applied online and it took 3 weeks for them to get back to me. I got a email asking when I was free to have a phone interview with a couple of times to select on the calendar. I then selected. I got a phone call from a guy, I can't remember his name but the phone interview was fun. I can't remember laughing so much with a phone interview. He talked about the company briefly and talked about the company plans. He mentioned the company is a startup company, asked me a few questions about my previous and current jobs and we laughed a bit and then I was asked if I would be willing to come in for a one on one interview. I met with Eric the CEO of the company in their cute office space in downtown Los Angeles. I thought I was interviewing for a customer service position, but I was asked a lot of questions about SEO and marketing, Google? Um, I only know how to service customers I'm not technical at all. I couldn't answer those questions. I was told that I would hear back with in 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything so I guess I didn't get the job.
