First round: Phone screening w/ recruiter. Second Round: Virtual interview w/ employee. Third Round: Three rounds of interviews, in person, same day. Let me also say this - I applied for this job in March, after the recruiter screened me and liked me, he told me they are taking the job posting down and will get back to me for next steps. Over a month later is when I did my second round. After my third round of interviews, I reached out to the recruiter a week after for an update to see if there was an offer. IT WAS JUNE at this point! After waiting a week for an update, the recruiter responds within 2 minutes telling me I in fact did not get the offer. I asked for feedback, and was ghosted completely and after all of those months - I felt it was a complete waste of time.
