The interview process answered all my questions and provided me with all needed information needed. I was provided with a handbook as well as links to the companies website to research prior to starting at the company.

Informal but informational. Felt comfortable and at ease during the interview. Interview team was kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. Follow up contact information was provided and they stayed in touch through the process.

Called and had a phone interview and screening. Then after a few days invited for interview to discuss the position more. Simple straightforward interview with manager. No questions that were not expected. The managers were personable. Everything was virtual.

What are your greatest strength and name 1 weakness
Easy just one interview and you’ll likely be hired because there are understaffed and experience isn’t an issue. No STAR method as it is very informal. Just talk about your work experience.
