I began the process with an introductory call with HR to discuss my background and the role, followed by a team fit call where I had the opportunity to meet several team members and learn more about the company culture. After these initial conversations, I went on site to present a detailed case study, demonstrating my approach to problem-solving and how I could contribute to the team’s objectives.
