The process initially seemed straightforward, with multiple interviews completed within two weeks. However, after the final interview, communication from HR completely broke down. Despite following up multiple times and receiving a "we will get back soon" email, it ultimately took over six weeks and further prodding to finally learn I was not selected.
This lack of transparency and respect for candidates' time is deeply disappointing. Regardless of the outcome, companies should uphold professionalism and courtesy by providing timely feedback. Not selecting someone doesn’t mean they aren’t worth treating with respect. Update the candidates, period.
