Both front line managers interview you. Goes from personality trait questions to job performance questions. Good cop/ bad cop style. They ask you to read a script so they can gauge how well you speak.

Interviewed with 2 people, they were great, very laid back and didn't mind that I asked a lot of questions. I was able to get an understanding of the company and they even advised me that the business was not starting up for a few months due to contracts, so it took a while to finally get hired.
