I was initially contacted by the recruiter through LinkedIn, and we agreed on a time for the first interview. Following that, I received a questionnaire to fill out, which seemed quite personal and included some questions that felt irrelevant to the role.
On the day of the interview, the recruiter came with even more questions. He asked plenty but provided very little information in return. Despite my efforts to understand the position and the responsibilities, he avoided answering my questions and never really explained the role. I felt like I was being evaluated without being given a fair opportunity to assess whether the role or the company would be a good fit for me.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience where transparency seemed lacking, and the interaction felt one-sided. Unfortunately, it left me with a negative impression of the process and the company's approach to potential candidates.
