Applied online at their website. Filled out the application. Got a call back 3 days later to set up a phone interview because I live accross the country from the state they were hiring in. Had the phone interview, about 30 minutes, and was hired on the spot. Waiting for offer letter

Video call, Lots of emails and scanning paper work, talking to representatives and having them explain process several times cause it was clear and she was very patient and more than willing to help which is amazing so it went great for me
