It was a very long a painful process. I met with a Recruiter first, then the owner, then a meeting with the Director of PS. Then a group panel interview.

I was initially contacted via phone to come in for an interview with CoreTech. I met with 2 people during my first interview and was surprised how comfortable the interviewers made me feel. The comments they both had about the company were super positive, and I was excited to learn more. I was called the following day for a follow-up interview. I met 3 additional members of the team, which was great, as they each provided light onto the company and its culture. I got the sense that CoreTech was a great place to work, and wanted to learn more. We talked openly about my expectations and career path goals. I really felt this was a place I would fit into, and was delighted when I was offered the job. Fast forward 4 years, and I am still happy to be with CoreTech.
