I spent over 12 weeks interviewing and liaising with Coreweave, after initial application, with numerous stakeholders throughout, often at times out of normal work hours due to time differences. It was a shambles from start to finish. Against my better judgement I persevered and was shunted onto the next stage with no meaningful feedback at any stage. They wanted to fill the role asap even though I had a 3 month notice period but continued nontheless to string out the process unnecessarily. After all this time and effort I received and email stating "I regret to inform you that we have decided not to progress further with your application" - that's it, no thanks, no feedback, no engagement. I have asked for a better and more appropriate response and have yet to receive anything. Just ghosted. For a company at the forefront of AI and technology they have rubbish systems and people in place when it comes to communicating their vision and effective recruitment processes. What a waste of time and effort.
