I work in a reputed MNC. I mentioned them the minimum ctc I want which is 20-25% more than my current salary, even knowing that they took 3 rounds of 1 hour each cleared every round though technical persons were good asked good questions where I answered every single question.but in the last hr round they tried to offer the almost 40% less salary than currently I have . after that they offered the same salary that I have which I rejected .
for management: If you don't have the guts and capability to hire talent with good ctc don't waste their time .
