I applied online, and only got a first round phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes. The person talking to me was obviously going through the motions (bland, and completely uninterested) and didn't really seem like he wanted to hire anyone. I thought I was personable enough, tried to express how I thought the company looked like a great place for me to work for based on their website but it seemed like he had already decided against me from the start (why even give me an interview then?). Got a rejection through automated email few days later.
