Screening call with recruiter, who asked me about my experience with different technologies they use and at the end they asked if I had any experience leading the team, my answer is no. Asked if I could, I said yes but you are hiring for support engineer and not the support team lead which comes with different pay grade. One line job description for the support engineer II role is "may lead or direct work of others" but during the interview I was told to gather and analyze teams matrics and assist. Basically you work support, keep up with the number of tickets quota yourself and do the managing tasks. Not willing to lead (for support role/pay) was a deal breaker and I was reminded about wasting time. If you want a team lead then post a job for team lead.

No communication except via email with HR. Zoom interview setup with the remote support manager. He wanted me to ask him questions about the company, could not provide salary range and shifts are bid on. Met with Remote Manager. They had supervisors over each tech and expected no more than 30 minutes for any call with out being micromanaged.

Recruiter reached out for an assessment to be completed. (60 minute technical and customer service assessment) After the assessment was complete, I didn't hear any feedback at all. 2 weeks go by and I get a call letting me know that the recruiter I was working with was no longer with the company. She asked if I could interview the next day, an invite was sent out to me and one other person. When I show up to the interview it is with 3 people. Despite already taking an assessment that lasted almost an hour, they only wanted to ask more technical questions and cared nothing about personality at all.
