Standard 3 phase interview. Was sent an email for Eskill assessment at first. Then a phone call that lasted 30m - 1hr, after there was a 30m-45m zoom interview with one of the lead support engineers going over technical skills and finally one more zoom interview with another lead support engineer for 30m going over more technical questions. During the entire time I was updated via email by the phone recruiter regularly every other day.

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with the recruiter, followed by a technical assessment, then an hour long zoom call. The interview was with both RST Managers. The interview was very casual in nature and focused more on culture fit, and experience with customer service.
