The worst interview experience of my life. Emailed me on a Tuesday to set up an interview, I wrote back that day and was in New York by that Friday. Interview questions were standard but the people interviewing me were horribly unpleasant. No smiles, barely made eye contact, one interviewer closed his eyes for long periods of time. Wouldn't lean in when I showed me work - just looked at it from afar. I was insulted I took a whole day to be there and they couldn't show me respect.

The best interview process ever. Pretty fast, two rounds of interviews and a following official offer letter around a week. I was interviewed at Corgan, NY office. Thought will be super nervous but turns out the interviewer is pretty comfortable. The whole conversation is open and casual. Pretty standard interview questions about background both academic and professional. Another part that impressed me is they also made a lot of introductions about their office culture, project types, and what kind of person they are looking for which is exactly what I am looking for growth as well. The second interview happened 5 days after. It is more like a warm-up. Get to know some people in the studio, office tour, and office culture. A verbal offer was announced and followed up by an official letter two days after.
