The interview was professional yet welcoming and felt very genuin. We sat and got to know eachother for a while and then discussed in detail my background, some of my insights that would contribute to the common goals, we discussed the areas of the position that have potential to be heavy and the attributes needed to be successful from the ideal candidate for the role.
