Pretty straight forward process with owner/nurse C.R. She spent 20 minutes going over what was expected and gave a tour. Hired on spot. She definitely is calmer and cooler after you get to know her but can be pretty diabolical and straight forward upon meeting. So be alarmed. Haha.
