Worked with a recruiter who submitted my CV and her phone interview material to Cornerstone. Sat down and talked with a midlevel engineer and the two managing engineers. The managing engineers did not know what Civil 3D was. The three individuals I interviewed with had different visions of what the position was to be. I should have taken this as a red flag and not accepted the position.

Applied via Aerotek. Most of the employees here are through Aerotek. First I talked with Maura and Jessica. Then separately with Paul Stout, the manager of this office. I found it odd that both sets of people had different visions for this position. I should have see this as a red flag that this would not be a good employer.
