I received an offer from Cornerstone OnDemand (Pune) in October and was asked to submit documents for background verification, which I completed promptly. After that, there was no communication—no response to follow-up emails or calls. Even the mentioned joining date passed without any update or explanation. Issuing an offer, collecting documents, and then completely going silent reflects poorly on the organization’s hiring process. Candidates make important career decisions based on offers, and this level of non-responsiveness is highly disappointing and unprofessional.
