Colloquio
Arrived and was very excited to learn more about the company. Many employees expressed how great a company it was to work for and where the company was planning to go. Originally I was scheduled for 3 hours but then at the last moment, they discovered they had 4 hours scheduled. Questions ranged from how would you do something to what if you were told to do it this way. Answered all honest and upfront. Felt very positive about the interview as I had discussed typical things like how to work with PowerShell and python which I 10 years of experience in. Was contacted and told I didn't do well on the programming part and was actually surprised they said I didn't do well on the before mentioned. Interviews are all subject to opinion but honestly if you want to know how versed I am in programming ask me for my github or projects that I have worked on. In fact, I would go further and say ask me to whiteboard something or take a coding test. Oh, one other thing is that they may suddenly decide to have what I would call a lightning round of questions. Essentially one of the people I meet with earlier decided he had a bunch of questions and had the person I was meeting with rattle off a big long list.
