The interview process was very unpleasant. First of all it started off with a so called video interview, which you're to record your answers to their questions on Hirevue. For most of us who are not comfortable in front of the camera, answering interview questions makes it 10 times worse. Also, after passing the video interview, no instructions were given for the online face-time interview prior to the scheduled interview time. I was smart enough to keep an eye on my email at all times, and I received an instructional email from the interviewer 2 minutes AFTER the interview time started. Instead of the conventional phone call, I had to use WebEx, which luckily I had prior experience with, otherwise would have wasted more time just to set it up. Also, I was not told that I need to be physical presentable since traditional phone interviews are not a face-time style, the interviewer asked me to turn on my camera on the fly, and I was smart enough to make myself presentable. The general interview process gave me an extremely negative impression of the company and I stopped caring whether I get to the next round or not. I ended up getting an offer from one of the FLAG.
